The Author
Growing up in Woodstock, NY, Adam Altman has been exposed to the creative arts for his entire life. He earned a Writing Arts degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and a graduate degree in Information Science from the University of Albany. He has written over 100 telecommunications articles published in various technology magazines and has been honored with writing scholarships. In May, 2021, Adam Altman received his doctorate in Education Leadership. For his future scholarly writings, he can now be referred to as Dr. Adam Altman, Ed.D. However, he still would rather just be Adam!
His fiction books include his fantasy novels, set in the Land of Tasmear, which began with LifeShaker and continues with Dream Spells. His Liliana young adult novels include Liliana's Fan and the final book in the series, Liliana's Realms. His collection of poetry, entitled Enlightened Darkness, has been acclaimed by many. His latest books are Ridicula, a metaphorical and topical novel in the tradition of authors, such as Kurt Vonnegut, and his children's book, The Frog's Golden Water. He is also dabbling in short fiction. A Progression of Healthy Killings is one such story, which can be read on Kindle.
